The most recent restoration, they have been reclaimed from the old hayloft, in the most secluded part of the village. Here too we managed to rebuild the brickwork of the vaulted ceilings. These rooms are larger than the rest, and have all been decorated by the painter Nestore Bernardi from Montereale.
Scarab is a mansard room with two skylights instead of windows; you reach it from a brick staircase. The bathroom, comfortable and full of light, is fitted with a whirlpool bathtub.
As well as central heating there is a powerful wood stove.
This room is independent and it shares the outside entrance with the Lizard room, so it can be rented with the Lizard room to a family of four people.
The king size double bed (180x200 cm.) can be divided into two single beds.
